The cover image shows in vitro differentiation of 3T3-L1 fibroblast precursor cells (left) into adipocytes (right), which are stained with Red Oil due to their high lipid content. Using this model, we provide evidence here that CDK inhibitors participate in adipogenesis, specifically maintaining the differentiated state. For further details, see article by Alonso et al.
